Enquiries
The form may contain your name, company, email, telephone, product, estimated volume and message. Information submitted through the form is received electronically through the website, recorded to track your enquiry and forwarded to the relevant sales team. Data you send are processed to answer your request and prepare a quotation, where directly necessary for entering into or performing a contract under Turkish Law No.6698 (KVKK) Article 5(2)(c), for legal obligations under 5(2)(ç), or to establish, exercise or protect rights under 5(2)(e).
Job applications
Information you send about your identity, contact details, education and experience, and optional CV attachments, is used to assess your application. Applications and attachments submitted through the careers form are received electronically, recorded and forwarded to authorized HR personnel for assessment. Do not send national identity numbers, health or criminal-record data, or referees’ personal details in your initial application. Assessment is based on Article 5(2)(c) where directly necessary for entering into an employment contract. Retention for future roles in an optional candidate pool for up to two years requires separate optional consent. Declining does not affect your current application. Website and technical records
The website code uses no advertising or visitor analytics tracking. Language and filter preferences are held in the browser session; filter remembering can be changed through Privacy preferences. This does not mean there is no server-side processing: hosting and Cloudflare security/delivery services may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and browser information. Technical processing supports service delivery and security on legitimate-interest grounds under Article 5(2)(f), subject to fundamental rights and freedoms, and applicable legal obligations. A necessary session cookie supports form security. A content digest and reference number are kept in the session to prevent duplicate submissions; short-lived hashed IP-based attempt counters limit abuse. CV attachments are not published as publicly accessible website files.
Recipients and external links
Authorized sales or HR staff access requests as needed for their duties. Hosting, security, email and IT providers may receive data as necessary for their services, and competent public authorities where legally required. WhatsApp, social and map links take you to the respective provider’s environment and terms. This notice does not request consent to international transfers. Services involving transfers abroad must separately meet Article 9 requirements; using this site is not blanket transfer consent.
Retention
Enquiries and current applications are retained for the needs of the relevant process; records required by law or to protect rights are retained while the need continues. Optional candidate-pool retention is limited to two years from the application date. When the processing basis ends, data are erased, destroyed or anonymized as applicable. This notice is not a general authorization for marketing, profiling or indefinite candidate retention.
Rights and requests
Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether and why data are processed, request information about processing and recipients, seek correction or erasure/destruction where conditions apply and notification to recipients, object to adverse outcomes based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Apply in writing to the address above or email [email protected] from an email address previously supplied to and registered with Peksan. Other valid methods under the applicable application communiqué remain available. Include your name, Turkish identity number for Turkish citizens or nationality and passport/identity number for foreign citizens, notification address, available email/telephone details and the request. Written requests require a signature; include relevant supporting documents. Do not enter identity-document numbers in the quotation or careers forms.
